Casual Cool

This outfit kinda combines a bunch of randoms together, but I think it works. Fun and laid back. Casual cool? Tuck in the tee to the cutoffs and throw over the summery white blazer. A great pair of sunnies and a pale pink bag will finish this easy look.

Another great weekend at the lake! I mean, isn't it just so beautiful here? The scenery is to die for. 

Today the center of attention of my outfit is the silk turban. I was deciding what to wear and then I thought to myself, those turbans are so cute...so I did a little YouTube search and found a cute way to tie my silk scarf. It was so easy and it turned out so great!! Of course practice makes perfect though. 

The rest of the outfit is fairly simple and easy to throw on and go. I love that! And the turban adds a little something extra. Every outfit needs that one thing, whether its a bag, a fun top, a printed pant, or statement jewels. Just don't overdo it though.

Its been quite a while since I have been able to take personal style photos...my photographer has been on a little road trip. But don't worry! She is back in town ;) Which means we are back in business over hear. 

A few weeks back my sissy and I did some thrift shopping at Crossroads Trading Co. in Newport and I found this lovely flower power blouse! It was honestly love at first sight. A huge perk is that everyone thinks its Marc Jacobs..don't mind if I do. Totally mod and so dang cute. 

 Also, I am obsessed with this super cool flatforms from HM. Like seriously? They only cost me $10 too! Bargain shopper right here.

One Skirt: Three Ways

A little outfit inspiration for the day. I came across this Free People leopard print skater skirt and had to use it. Like had to. I feel like most people would look at this skirt and say that they have no idea how to wear it, so I created three entirely different ways to rock it! I love it! Which way is more your style? 

Today I am feeling Way Two! A little hidden sex appeal covered up with an ultra cozy oversized sweater. You really can't go wrong with that. Oh and that Kate Spade bag, gotta have t.
