Coated denim period. That is the it thing right now...its like faux leather but not. Soft to touch and very cozy. The only weird thing about coated denim is it's care description. Word is to kill germs you pop them into your freezer!!! Shocking I know, but if you wash 'em then they will lose its fancy wax coating. 

They go with anything and come in lots of great colors for Fall and Winter. My faves are oxblood, a deep green, midnight blue, and of course black. Dress these fancy pants up or down, you are guaranteed to love them!!

Celeb Style: Jamie Chung

I loved the mix of the texture, prints, and using both gold and silver in one outfit. Jamie Chung, I am in serious love with your ootd. My version is slightly different, but I still like it! The look just flows really nicely and seems cozy. I definitely would enjoy wearing this to lunch with the girls or even work.

This weekend was an adventure. Some girlfriends and I headed out to Laughlin for a few days, but after one night...somehow we ended up in Vegas. Spontaneity is our middle name I suppose. We had the BEST time. So many great memories. 

The drive back today, well lets just say it was bumper to bumper. We were straight stopped for a good thirty minutes, basically deserted. So we took advantage, hence these photos. 

I love a good high waisted skirt, it makes a woman's figure look so good! Taller and thinner. Every woman needs one. This one from Topshop with the slit on the sides adds a little something special to a basic black maxi skirt.

Good golly. I am loving this outfit of the day by the one and only Kristin Cavallari...now Cutler. She is killin' it in those distressed boyfriend jeans. This look is very laid back and cozy, which is ideal for a pregnancy. And from what I have heard, she is preggers with number 2! How fun!! This blouse is so detailed and unique, I love every little part about it...from the print to the flow to the colors. Just perfect. It is important when wearing a blouse of this shape to pair it with skinny jeans or a tight skirt (this will balance your body out). I kept the bohemian vibe going with the brown bangles and cross body bag. Oh and those fun crystal flats. For this look, definitely rock some fun detailed flats or wedges, nothing basic! Or even some cool ankle booties. And I had to do a fun pink lipstick, wouldn't you? 

I'm off to a fun filled girls weekend in Laughlin, NV. Wish me luck ;)

Today is a werk day, so I went a bit classy with this Halogen pencil skirt. Don't worry, I kept it funky by tying my blouse in the front and showing a little midriff. Have fun with what you wear and be yourself!

I chopped my hair again...its become a regular thing lately. It just grows SO fast...I have to. But, I am in love with the length right now. As for my outfit of the day, black and white is standard for me so I added a pop of blue. Ankle booties are still the ish, so if you don't have a pair yet...so yourself a favor and get some.
