House of Holland: Fall 2012 RTW

Here is a bit of background on House of Holland: Henry Holland (shown below) graduated from the London College of Printing with a BA in Journalism and started a line of 'fashion groupies' tees that printed slogans like, "Get Your Freak On Giles Deacon". Two years later, House of Holland held its very first solo show at Fashion Week. Currently House of Holland has made a name for itself in the fashion industry across the world. It is featured in magazines and sold in major stores like Barneys.

 

I don't know about you but I am just loving this Fall Ready-to-Wear line. It has a great palette, rocking the color block look, and mixing classic shapes with the houndstooth print. I also die over their girl, she sounds so cool and fun to be around...who wouldn't want to be her?

Welcome Back

I am back to school once again (Round Two) this Fall semester. Which means I gotta get my game face on and hit the books. GO BEACH! It's definitely a love-hate relationship...me and school I mean. Love the fashion aspect, seeing that I am studying fashion merchandising and get to rock new Fall looks, but ya know the study part and I don't mesh well. 

This is a spinning image of what I wore to my first day back again...in different hues and brands that is. I loved mixing a super chunky sweater with a pair of denim cutoffs and sandals. I guess you could say opposites attract? I added a little boho flare with the turban like headband and the leather backpack :) And as always gold accessories make any outfit better.

Loving all of the above. Whether you are a fan of all ten or a limited few, it is always fun to update your wardrobe and I think these are great Fall 2012 back to school items. Classes have already begun and summer is slowly passing away...I don't know about you, but I am pretty excited about what Fall entails. Holidays, cooler weather, turning leaves, and all of the above plus much more outfit ideas!

Yeah, you could say I am crazy...my best friend and I decided to do something different. The other night, lets say 11:00 PM, we walked to the grocery store and bought a box of light blond hair color. It ended up strawberry blond and I didn't love it, so I added some highlights. So nuts.

This is my new hair color. Holler back! And the outfit is super simple, a blousy top with a zigzag crochet print, dark denim skinnies, classic leather bag, and a great pair of strappy wedges. Love.
