Wide leg denim fer dayz. Honestly if I could, I would probably wear wide leg pants all day errday. They make legs look ten times longer and leaner...no more sausage thighs! If you don't own a pair of these magical pants--get some. Yup.
Loving these silhouettes and prints! Nicole Miller knows how to make a woman's body look rockinn'. Midi length pencil skirts are adorable--I kinda want one--also the flowy tops paired with structured jackets. Just can't get enough!
So this past weekend one of my friends and I visited Restord (a local thrift shop), they had this great deal...fill up one bag for $5. Bargain! I ended up with a few things and this hounds tooth Ann Taylor blazer is my fav find. I wanted to create a look that was interesting and fun, so I added this black and white polka dot tee. Gold and cognac accessories and I am good to go!

These items are completely versatile and work well for Spring and Fall. Pair the darker pieces with bright fun colors so that they are Spring ready. Maybe pair the cropped pants with the floral wedges and a crop top and a fun statement piece of jewelry. Or pair the faux fur vest with a mini dress and gladiator sandals. Love this!
Just an FYI, I am completely obsessed with this Free People dress. I feel so great when I wear it, almost like a mermaid because of the great colors. I wanted to show it's versatility by wearing it in three different ways, so here they are. The first look is more minimal and styled for a more special event. Those floppy hats are slowly fading out, but they still are a fab accessory. Way two reminds me of a casual country girl...I think its the denim shirt and the knee high boots. Yee-haw! The last look is safari-tastic. Can you imagine being in a chic Indiana Jones film wearing this? haha, maybe not. But, I do love the contrast between the green and blues.
Happy first day of Spring! Today is the beginning of constant florals, bright colors, and shedding the layers upon layers. Be wild and free, make a statement with what you wear. Show a little more of that fun side you have within!
This dress is the epitome of springtime, such a perfect floral. Paired it with those great suede wedges by Madewell and a neutral clutch. Cute!
The options are endless, you really have so many choices from your wardrobe that can create countless looks. Don't just keep wearing the same outfits day to day, mix things up--pair things together that you normally wouldn't. You will most likely be pleasantly surprised!
I hope these outfits I create inspire you to try new things and branch out! Happy dressing :)
