L'Wren Scott: Spring 2013 RTW

see full collection @style.com

L'Wren Scott, this collection is so chic. I mean come on. You can just tell that each piece is so unique and well crafted. I love the details and how each look is styled. Bright pops of color, bold beading, and mixtures of textures and prints create a line that feels fresh and new. Yes please, keep it coming. I am officially inspired by you, L'Wren Scott. Oh and the messy, I don't give an eff hair...divine.

Loving the creativity. Makes me want to take more risks when I style my outfits!

The Lake

Urban Outfitters top  Free People shorts  Steve Madden sandals  TJMaxx sunnies  Twig & Willow jewelry

Took a little trip to the lake this weekend! It is MAJOR hot, like 105 degrees. Definitely not what I am used to, but don't you worry about me. I'll have a cool drink in hand and will be in the water all day! Cheers to a fun filled weekend :)

This blouse is actually a few years old, so I tried something new with it today. You know how tie front tops are a thing right now? Well, I used a super small clear hair tie and changed the look of the blouse! I quite enjoy it. And in this temp you cannot go wrong with a pair of ultra short high waisted cutoffs!

Have a safe weekend!

One Clutch: Three Ways

One Clutch: Way One

One Clutch: Way Two

One Clutch: Way Three

I love me a good envelope clutch and I thoroughly enjoy a tribal print...so why not have the perfect combination? Thanks to J.Crew here it is. And why not show off its versatility with three entirely different outfits?

Way one is ultra boho. Prints on prints on prints. Little feather earrings and a fun strappy sandal to tie in the whole look. Outfit two is super laid back and casual. I think the t-strap ballet flat adds a bit of femininity to the boxy striped tee and boyfriend jeans. Perfect look for everyday. And lastly, way three has a bit of sex appeal and structure with that oversized blazer. When I saw this skirt I almost died. It is so hot. The clutch is the tie in piece color-wise for this look as well as the geometric print!

Which way is your favorite? Right now I am feeling way two!

Dope.

Dope

I enjoy each of these pieces individually. And I think it would be a fun look! Slighty thug...which is definitely dope. I mean, I'd wear it; would you?

Another day, another outfit. A little grunge and a little prep (the cardigan) mixed together
and looking oh so cool. Opposites definitely attract...in all situations!
